Beach Constructions is a privately owned mid-tier commercial construction company operating nationally.

As a multi-disciplined construction organisation we are experienced in all forms of project delivery, including construction management, project management, design & construct and fixed lump sum tender.

Beach Constructions have successfully planned and delivered a diverse range of projects from Automotive Showrooms, Industrial, Retail, Hospitality, Community, Aged Care, Educational, Multi-Residential, Refurbishment, Heritage Restoration and Adaptive Re-Use.

Beach offers excellent support services to help deal with difficult or complex projects, problems like engineering challenges, tight access or projects where maintaining occupancy is critical can be resolved.

With our early stage concept involvement , we use risk and value management to control and reduce risk before onsite work commences.

  • Paul Hills

    Founding Managing Director – 1990

    Paul is responsible for the preconstruction phase. This includes design management, cost planning & estimating and value engineering. His extensive industry background spans over 45 years and places him at the forefront of the building industry with in-depth expertise in assisting design teams to improve build-ability with better design co-ordinating and added cost control of projects.
  • John Fredericks

    Joint Managing Director / Construction Director – 1992.

    John heads the construction division and provides total value added solutions to the client through risk and value management coupled with 30 years experience. This results in controlled & reduced project risks and improved cost efficiency. John works closely with end-users, architects, designers and other professionals to ensure the design intent and quality is carried through to the completed project while providing additional engineering solutions for architectural challenges.
  • David Ogilvie

    Group Business Manager - 2012

    David’s role at Beach is vast and varied and covers the commercial spectrum, from leading the new business team to the negotiation and completion of complex construction contracts across both public and private sectors. Media and corporate relations also form part of his role from representing Beach Group in the media and the release of media relevant articles.
  • Sarkis Mouradian

    Senior Project Manager - 2000

    Sarkis ensures all facets of construction including the administration and site operations are all running efficiently.

    As the client’s first point of contact, Sarkis is responsible for providing regular project updates, liaising with design consultants & authorities, supervision of subcontractors, suppliers and site staff.

  • Louise Glasgow

    Financial Controller, CPA - 1996

    Joining Beach Constructions in 1996 Louise is responsible for the financial management of Beach Constructions. This includes the financial reporting, tax returns, Business Activity Statements, cash flow management, property finance, investing and funds management. With more than 20 years experience, Louise brings to Beach a wealth of property related finance and corporate knowledge.
