After the success of Parramatta, Beach partnered with BMW and Mini again. We were enlisted to reinvigorate their marquee showroom in inner Sydney.

Porsche Cars Australia engaged Beach Constructions to build a state of the art four level auto showroom with many firsts for both companies involved.

Design and Construction of new Mini Showroom for Inchcape Automotive. Details included an expansion of the showroom, corporate identity changes and a new cafe for both BMW and Mini.

Beach were commissioned under the BER to build a new multi purpose school hall at Wakehurst Public School. Built over an eight-month period during which time the school was operating under a normal program.

We were awarded both the state and national awards for Construction Excellence from the Australian Institute of Building for this interesting heritage build for the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia.

See our construction of Jasmine Cottage, new wing addition to Melrose Village aged care facility. The two storey addition incorporates care apartments, associated services, facilities and car park.

The result that we achieved for our client was exceptional in this construction of a four storey mixed commercial & residential development.

Community based commercial projects require a vital balance between construction co-ordination, community needs and commitment to safety standards. Bowen Library at Maroubra is one such project.

Our construction of an 11,100m² industrial estate for Storage Australia incorporates units and storage facilities. It manages to stay true to it’s utilitarian nature and at the same time keep a modern sleek appeal.

Our fitout and refurbishment of the centennial Hotel, Woollahra, demanded the highest quality of design, construction and selection of materials.
