There is smiles all round as our second project for Life Property Group smashes another project milestone as we track well ahead of schedule.
We are building 105 storage and warehouse units at 8 Narabang Way Belrose and the project is approximately 70% complete.
Thanks to Beach’s innovative design and construction methodology we have reduced the cost of construction for the client by a million dollars, fast tracked completion and improved site safety.
Our design uses a combination of Concrete Core Filed Blockwork, Hollowcore Precast Concrete Columns and Floor Planks, Concrete Precast Wall Panels and Insitu Concrete.
