We are very excited to take possession of 35 Whiting Street Artarmon as we embark on transforming the old Sydney City Prestige site to a new multi-storey commercial building. Beach loves re-purposing buildings and this passion combined with the client’s vision and the skills of MHDP Architects will see the creation of a high end automotive workshop and showroom. Set across three levels, it will also include a vehicle storage space and an office.
Our industrial project at Lane Cove, delivered for Trumen Corp is now complete, two months ahead of schedule. The lucky tenants are moving in and are enjoying having access to modern industrial facilities so close to the CBD.

There is smiles all round as our second project for Life Property Group smashes another project milestone as we track well ahead of schedule.
We are building 105 storage and warehouse units at 8 Narabang Way Belrose and the project is approximately 70% complete.
Thanks to Beach’s innovative design and construction methodology we have reduced the cost of construction for the client by a million dollars, fast tracked completion and improved site safety.
Our design uses a combination of Concrete Core Filed Blockwork, Hollowcore Precast Concrete Columns and Floor Planks, Concrete Precast Wall Panels and Insitu Concrete.
