Beach Constructions has been delivering small and large-scale commercial projects for 29 years. We have outlasted many builders by ensuring our values are at the centre of everything we do.

Our journey began with founder Paul Hills who started Beach Constructions in 1990.  Not long after he was joined by John Fredericks and together, they successfully grew the business. Paul and John quickly developed a reputation as no nonsense builders, who delivered quality projects, using all the old- school checks and balances. Under their direction, Beach built up a strong portfolio of projects ranging from retail, fast food and education through to residential and large scale commercial projects.

In 2017, Paul and John decided life at the Beach might be a better way to retire! They looked to the senior leaders of the business to take the reigns and majority ownership.  Under new leadership and with an investment in additional skills and resources, the future of Beach has never looked brighter. As we evolve, we continue to stand by our values, building on the solid foundations of our past and always looking to improve the client experience and our sub-contractor partnerships.
